In keeping tradition with Blake Snyder's book "Save the cat" on how to write a script, I am now trying to pitch the logline for my upcoming screenplay "The Charlatan". Please let me know what the following line gives you for impressions for a movie:
"A renowned TV-Psychic finds himself the target for exposure by a scientist who has just lost her son."
Does it intrigue you? Do you want to know more? Is it crap? What affinities do you get? I appreciate ALL feedback!
Writing for the big screen has its own unique challenges. Discuss character, theme, plot and theory issues in this forum.
