I started with ScriptThing. The NaviDoc feature is just the best thing ever produced for seeing and controlling the script. IMO. The OUTLINE part is so much better than notecards. (I don't care for the notecards, but that's another post.) I move whole sequences around with ease.

It needs one thing to make to it perfect. It needs page numbers. If there was a page number on every scene heading and shot line, I'd be able to get the feel of the pacing instantly. Know how much time I diddled around in the mansion attic. Be able to grab a short scene or shot from elsewhere to break up a too long inside sequence. I want page numbers so badly. I want to easily track what's at my mid-point. Where Act 1 really ends. Please?

I want MMSW to never go away. I want you to spend a bunch of time cleaning up the code. I mean, all the little annoying glitches are like the habits of a friend that become endearing traits, but they don't need to be there. But I also don't want you to change. I still want to get the smart guy on the phone who sounds like he just pulled a hit off a bong and is wearing a faded ScriptThing t-shirt and always knows how to fix whatever stupid thing I screwed up.

Good suggestion. I've added it to our feature request for Movie Magic Screenwriter updates.
