Duplex Printing with Gutter/Binding Adjustment

Feature needed:
We need an easier way to print double-sided scripts with easy Gutter/Binding adjustments...
Meaning, when printing to an automatic duplex printer, ODD pages will have the 1.5" left margin with 1" right margin; EVEN pages will have 1" left margin with 1.5" right margin.
As the 1.5" left margin is already set in MMS, we need a printing feature that reverses it for EVEN pages, for the brads/gutter/binding margin.
Believe it or not, I have yet to find a printer that makes this easy or even relatively possible. I know MS Word comes with Mirror Margins, so maybe a feature like that.
