In DSE, you can open collections of gists, so I am looking forward to folks creating some cool collections of gists and sharing them.

Is there going to be a Dramatica Exchange where you can upload/download templates and gists collections, or is the forum the place?

Yes. We're planning on creating a place for Dramatica users to exchange gist collections but the specifics aren't set yet.
