Can Dramatica help me with a novel trilogy?

Postby PetraHuber » Sep 21, 2009 5:52 pm

I have a plan for a series of books in my mind. It covers several centuries and a huge family tree. Some of the main characters will die and replaced by other main characters.

I have no doubt that Dramatica can help with a novel, even a large one but what about a series of novels.

Is Dramatica asking me also questions if I plan to write more than one volume of the novel or how does it work?

Thanks in advance for the reply.

Dramatica helps with developing stories. If those stories take multiple volumes to play out, then "yes, you may use Dramatica to develop your story."

Sagas that large tend to have more than single stories within them. Create a different storyform (document) for each of the stories within your work.
