Vocabulary -- definitions to add

Not sure if this post goes here or not, but for the new version, the following definitions could be added to the PDF Vocabulary/Glossary:
Signpost
Journey
Plot Story Point
Static Plot Story Point (yes I found them defined for each throughline, but an entry with a general definition and pointing to the others would be nice.)
Progressive Plot Story Point
Inhibitor
Counterpoint
Slide
Bump
"Encoding "is used in a sense specific to Dramatica so defining that in the Vocabulary might help, too.
