When I first started using Dramatica, when I got to SCENE CREATION, I ended up with 60 scenes. No idea what I did to get them all. Have tried to recreate that in a test file, to no avail.

The instructions talk about 28 scenes.

Anyone have any idea how I ended up with 60?

Yes, you started by creating a new file from the Novel Structure Template. It has 60 pre-made scenes built into it.
