Missing figures in PDF: PRCO and 1234

Hello,

I noticed that figures 11a-d are missing in this PDF on page 7:
http://dramatica.com/resources/assets/a-new-theory-of-story.pdf

I tried to figure them out but I am not sure about my results (see below).
What are the correct figures?

Additionally, I am not sure whether the PDF contains an error on page 7:
In another storyform (figure 11w), Act one would look at the Attitudes of those involved, then examine their Moral stance in Act two.

But: interpreting Fig 11w, Act one looks at Approach, not Attitude.

Regards
Arcus

Regretfully I don't have an answer either, but I noticed the same thing and am glad you spoke up.

Figure 14 is missing, too.
Figure 15 is missing, but the information shown is already described elsewhere.

Also, "part two" of the article is mentioned at the end.
Is this second part available somewhere?

Yes, figures 11a-11d are missing from the article, though I think the illustrations by Arcus above capture their essential meaning perfectly. Well done.

I'm not sure what happened to figure 14.
