Test or Unproven...

Postby nickwild » Jan 10, 2010 2:18 pm

Hi,

I have a project with a mc who goes on a road trip to take something back to his homeland ( OS throughline of activity) however it is a trip of personal discovery also as he tries to com to terms with his attitude to his religion and his heritage in the process (MC throughline of fixed attitude).

As he is a young character who has never done anything with his life and is listless I feel that his problem taht really drives him on this journey is his need to prove himself to his father. Would his problem therefore be "unproven" or "test" or something else?

Many TIA
Cheers

Nick

Sure, both those choices work.

I recommend looking at the entirety of the storyform to check if it is the one that works best for your story. Any one thing can be made to fit. It is when you get several, or many, story points to work for you that you can feel secure that it is the right storyform for what you have in mind.
