Producer looking for scriptwriter

Hi all!

My name is Tania Teixeira. I'm a producer in Portugal and I am now looking to enter a competition to gain funds(ICA, a Portuguese government institute),in order for me to produce a low-budget feature.
My aim before hand, is to find a script to present to ICA to enable me to receive the funds, so I’m looking for a scriptwriter to help me out, but I will only be able to compensate the writer who is willing to collaborate once the project has been approved and the funds given.
In terms of genre I am open to suggestions, but my focus is to produce a commercial feature, one that can be easily adapted to the Portuguese market.

Is anybody interested or does anybody know someone who is?

I appreciate any input or advice.
