MMSW 6 Voice Dictation?

Hi,
A few years ago I experimented using Dragon Naturally Speaking 11 with MMSW6 in Win XP, and posted here about my experience, which was not entirely successful.

In fact, I abandoned my attempts after a while because DNS would only execute a few commands when used with MMSW 6, and the 'Enter' command was one that did not work.

I am again thinking about trying to use voice dictation, this time with Windows 10, and am wondering if anyone else has been doing this (successfully, I hope).

In addition to DNS, there are other voice dictation programs and methods, so I would be interested to hear of any experiences that others may have had.
