Export to PDF

Postby jayo » Nov 26, 2013 8:57 am

I can export a screenplay to PDF fine, but when I open the pdf, the font looks all funky. Some of the letters look larger than others and it all looks a little weird. Has anyone else experienced this? Do I need to update something? Is it my Adobe reader that doesn't recognize the MM font and so it displays the closest thing? I would appreciate any hints, tips or tricks. Thanks

That's not a problem with MMS, it's a problem somewhere on your system.

Acrobat/Reader will automatically substitute missing font sets with a default font. You may wish to open up a word processor and confirm that you can utilize the MMS font set. Perhaps removing, restarting, and reinstalling MMS will reinstall the font set correctly if something weird happened during the original install, or if the font later became corrupted for some other reason.

You may also consider removing, restarting, and reinstalling Adobe Reader.

If that doesn't work, I'd recommend posting a screenshot and asking for help in the official Acrobat forum located here:

I think you just need format text before export to PDF. If usually helps me.
