I'm new on this forum. I'm glad to find it.

I am using MM6, having upgraded from MM4. My question is this:

In MM4, if I deleted the first word of a sentence, the
second word would be automatically capitalized. How do I do that with MM 6? It doesn't
do it unless I am writing a sentence for the first time or if I delete a sentence and
re-write it. There is some little tweak I am not doing. Anyone know?
(Hope it is clear that auto-capitals works only certain times)

Are you on Mac or Windows?

Windows 7

Make sure that following options are both enabled under Tools > Options > Spelling:

• Spell Check as you type
• Auto-Capitalize > Sentences

As long as both of those are enabled, the program capitalizes the second word of a sentence when the first word is deleted.
