Document Analysis

I remember being able to run a report that told me how many times each character spoke and how many lines, etc. I can't find where to access that. Someone told me under the TOOLS menu to click on Document Analysis, but that doesn't exist in my program.

I'm using mms 6.0.7.149 on a Mac.

Is there something I'm missing -- besides document analysis ?

The report you are referring to can be found File > Print > Dialogue > Dialogue with Reference Page Numbers and Statistics.

Also, you might want to click on Help > Check for Updates so that you can install the latest version (6.0.10.165).

Thank you for your answer. I tried that and indeed got the information I wanted, plus 16 extra pages listing the dialog that I didn't want.

I checked and the program is up to date. Sure do miss the "document analysis" selection. I still have it on a really old PC version. Guess I'll have to go to that in a pinch.
