Re: Creating Character Profiles

I could answer that. But because it is spam, I won't bother. :)

Re: Initial Thoughts on Outline 4D

Too bad. Good integration between MM6 and Story View would make it the ultimate combo. I've worked very hard to find a way to make StoryView and MM2000 work together, and it was just too difficult. There is a certain (dead now) software that is just making the back & forth between outline and s...

Initial Thoughts on Outline 4D

First, this idiot IGTTOS that is spamming has to go. 'Nuff said about that. There is really not much to say about the new software. The FONT and EVENT drop down menus do look a bit nicer, but at the same time, that annoying BUG is still there that was there in the Storyview. If yew wait 15 minutes, ...

Re: StoryView ?

Does the Outline 3D/MM v6 combo offers better import/export integration than the StoryView v2/MM 2000 combo? Because that (for me) would be a good reason to upgrade. bump I just got this program yesterday (thanks, Chris!) I will do a check real quick... K what I am seeing is it imports the DSW as t...

Re: Creating Character Profiles

Hi Chris That's great, thanks for taking the time to reply, appreciate your help. I'll do it that way, thank you. Cheers Tom Another option is Character Pro. A bit pricey (and not pretty to look at), but it sure fleshes out your character and gives him dimensions. http://characterpro.com/characterp...

Some Original Scripts and Outlines

Granted it isn't my best work, but in my defense, I wasn't paid for doing this like I have been for other things. This was writing just for the sake of writing. Not to pay the rent. Outlines were written with Storyview 2.0 and scripts were written with (ACK!) Final Draft 8.1. Please understand I did...

Re: StoryView ?

Hi Thomas -- We've just upgraded the site (again). If that doesn't get rid of the spam, we'll try your AntiBotQuestion.zip protocol. Thank you for supplying it to us. You're welcome. :) Can yew supply me with Outline 4D? I have Storyview 2.0 over here, in the box and with registration. How do I go ...

Re: StoryView ?

If I can wade past all this spam, I want to ask a question about a previous post in this thread. Do I understand right that the 4D upgrade is FREE for Storyview 2.0 users? *Blink* As for the spam, PLEASE do something about this! I will even help yew! The answer to your spam problem is here: AntiBotQ...

A "How Do I" Question: COLOR

I purchased this software after mucking about with FD for a bit. What attracted me to MMS was the navidoc panel. I write using a 37 inch hi-def TV for a monitor, which makes the navidoc pretty much perfect. One thing I noticed when comparing the two programs was that FD had an option where yew could...

Re: StoryView ?

Hi Dave -- StoryView (soon to be renamed Outline 4D) is complementary to Dramatica Pro. StoryView is an outliner that has a Timeline view and element tracking. Unlike Dramatica, it is not related to any particular story paradigm. In fact, it can be used to outline ANY type of project. Where the hec...

Indeed. Now if only they would DELETE the spam. I am sure it is hurting their business. I have a PHPBB3 board myself and found a way around getting spam. I'd be happy to share it with Write Brothers if they like.
