Re: Possible to install and use MMSW6 with a NetBook??

Hi Chad, I had the same problem and immediately panicked! I needn't have as I soon managed to get the program installed... It's almost a month ago now, so can't remember EXACTLY what I did, but I THINK I merely exited, cranked the resolution up to MAX (1024x768) and then reinstalled. VOILA! If this ...

Possible to install and use MMSW6 with a NetBook??

Hi, I'm happily using MMSW6 with my laptop, but was just curious if it's possible to use the program with one of the new NetBooks, as they don't have a physical CD/DVD drive. I bought the physical disc version of MMSW6, but I assume it would be possible to install on the NetBook via download (or eve...

Learn Movie Magic Screenwriter 6 Training CD

Just curious as to who the guy is doing the tutorial videos? He has a fantastic voice - you just WANT to listen and learn. And he really sells the software. Indeed, one can't help but feel he could sell sand to the arabs... Perfect voice for tutorials! Great choice the Screenwriter team!!

Re: MMS for Novels

P.P.S.

JUST this second fathomed a way aound it: simply customise SHOT to the exact same format as NOVEL TEXT - margins, font, spacing - and use SHOT for the first line of a chapter or scene for ZERO indent!

VOILA!!!

Will do nicely until the bug is sorted!! :D

Re: MMS for Novels

Chris, thanks for that, but unless I'm missing something, my Windows version doesn't have a FIRST line indent option in ELEMENTS, just a GENERAL indent that changes EVERY paragraph. AM I missing something?? However, since posting, I discovered how to do local cheating of individual paragraphs (furth...

Re: Why or Why

I don't know if I'm just BLIND or what, but I can't seem to find the PM button ANYWHERE, so I shall email you via the email address on your site and hope you get it. In the meantime, by all means send me a quick PM if you can find it and I'll simply reply to that. If you don't hear from me in the ne...

Re: Why or Why

I see your favourite genre/form is short horror stories. This is my fave genre too - both reading and writing (including short SCRIPTS). is there anywhere I can read samples of your stories as I'd be interested (I've checked your website where there is a list but no links to actual stories). Even a ...

Re: Why or Why

Kat, Thought it was you - you had the same avatar photo up, didn't you on your SF profile? (I think we chatted on a topic about *cough, cough* the now obsolete Sophocles screenwriting software). I'd have an avatar photo up myself, but seem to be having problems getting it to upload at the moment. Ye...

Re: Why or Why

Hi Kat, Totally off-topic, but didn't I bump into you on the ScriptFrenzy forums last year?? You just seem familiar. Apologies if I've got you mixed up with someone else. If it was you, did you succeed?? i got about 3/4 the way through - was doing well, and then had some "domestics" which ...

MMS for Novels

Hi, As a screenwriter, novelist, short story writer and comic book writer, I've just returned to the brand new version of MMS6 after a few years away using other screenwriting software (that is now obsolete by the looks of things), and am loving it. I downloaded just after Xmas and am also awaiting ...
