I'm working with multiple plot progressions (this is a story for a video game). In a lot of them, the OS signpost 4 is the story goal, which makes sense. I thought about taking that route, but ultimately that's not an ideal solution for a few reasons. First off, leaving the judgment open is only the bare minimum requirement - I need quite a few more potential endings than that.
